Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns for defective and non-defective products.

The product’s condition that your store accepts for a return or exchange: New and used products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return or exchange.

Eligibility

Return Procedure

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
  • We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item by email and you can download and print.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or incorrectly shipped.

  • We’ll provide a RMA number and instructions on how to exchange the item.

Restocking Fee
Free restocking fee will for all order.

Shipping
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a record of the return tracking number.

Exceptions
Certain items, such as custom orders, special orders, and items that are damaged or worn, may not be eligible for return.
Items that are missing parts or accessories may not be eligible for return.

Warranty
All products sold by Nertool.com come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims should be made directly with the manufacturer.
